CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. – Soldiers with the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force, Western Army Infantry Regiment and Marines from 1st Reconnaissance Battalion flip a Zodiac combat rubber raiding craft in the water while conducting boat training here Feb. 14.
